Hong Kong's billionaire Lee Man Tat, known as the 'King of Oyster Sauce' for his role as the Chairman of Chinese and Asian sauces maker Lee Kum Kee Group, passed away at 91 on Monday. A statement on the WeChat account of Infinitus, a health-products company led by his son, confirmed Lee's death. Lee had a fortune of $17.6 billion.
