Esencia Partners, a firm backed by billionaire Ranjan Pai, has purchased a ₹165.6-crore property on Lavelle Road in Bengaluru's upscale Shantala Nagar, documents accessed by Zapkey showed. It purchased the 25,824-sqft property from Australian national Mira Angeline Cummins. The property includes two buildings, each measuring about 3,339-sqft, with the deal valuing the property at ₹64,150/sqft.
