The rape case filed against Sajjan Jindal, billionaire Chairman of JSW Group, was false, Mumbai Police said in its closure report. The woman filed the complaint "with the intention of framing" Jindal in a false crime, police said. They also found that Jindal didn't go to the hotel on the day that the woman said he tried to molest her.
