Austrian billionaire Richard Lugner has passed away at the age of 91. Known for hosting celebrities at Vienna's Opera Ball, Lugner paid $500,000 in 2014 to have Kim Kardashian as his date. "Kim is annoying me because she's not sticking to the program," he had said. He also paid $150,000 to Lindsay Lohan in 2010.
