Binance blocks 16 crypto platforms amid EU sanctions on Russia

Binance will stop processing transactions involving HTX, EXMO and 14 other crypto platforms amid EU, US and UK sanctions targeting Russia and Iran-linked networks. Some restrictions are already in place while others begin on August 23. Transactions involving the listed platforms may face compliance reviews or temporary holds as authorities tighten controls on sanctioned crypto networks.
