Binance set the last subscription round for its Plasma USDT Locked Product at 500 million USDT, after prior tranches sold out in minutes. Starting August 26, users can subscribe up to 10,000 USDT each, lower than earlier limits. Existing allocations remain unchanged, with rewards paid in USDT and XPL. Subscriptions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
