Biocon settles Genentech disputes, clears Pebrilzo launch path

Biocon has settled its global disputes with Genentech, securing launch windows for its pertuzumab biosimilar Pebrilzo. The company can launch the product in the EU and UK from Q1 2027 and in the US from Q3 2028, subject to regulatory approvals. The agreement removes legal hurdles and supports Biocon's oncology biosimilars expansion in key international markets.
