US-based customer experience tech startup Birdeye has raised $60 million in a Series C funding round led by Accel-KKR. Founded by BITS Pilani graduates, Naveen Gupta and Neeraj Gupta, Birdeye claims to help over 80,000 local businesses manage customer experience and interactions. The platform has raised a total of $93 million over three funding rounds to date, as per Crunchbase.
