Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan on Thursday claimed that suspended AAP councillor Tahir Hussain was 'innocent' after he was charged with murder over death of IB officer amid Delhi riots. "BJP is implicating Tahir Hussain in a false case to save its leaders and to defame the Aam Aadmi Party," Khan tweeted after the party suspended Hussain.
