Tamil Nadu BJP Central District Chairman of the SC/ST wing, Balachander, was allegedly murdered by three unidentified assailants in Chennai, police said. "It's a murder case involving a previous enmity...Eyewitnesses have spoken about the incident," police added. Reportedly, Balachander was provided with a personal security officer and was killed when the officer went for a tea break.
