Meerut Police arrested a local BJP leader for allegedly abusing and threatening a man during a parking dispute at a local hotel. The accused has been identified as Vikul Chaprana (28), district vice-president of the BJP's Kisan Morcha. In a viral video, Chaprana can be seen abusing the victim and forcing him to kneel and seek forgiveness with folded hands.
