BJP Yuva Morcha member Shivam Singh was allegedly beaten to death by unidentified assailants in Lucknow following an argument over a cigarette, police said. Shivam was with his friend when three men allegedly approached him for a cigarette but situation turned violent after he refused to give them more cigarettes. Shivam's family has raised suspicion over his friends' role.
