BJP leader Rajendra Rathore said ex-Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot’s claim that Union government’s report redefining Aravallis would destroy 90% of mountain range in Rajasthan is "misleading". Rathore said mining will not expand in Aravallis under new definition. “Approximately 25% of Aravalli area falls under national parks and reserved forests where mining is completely prohibited,” he added.
