Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said the BJP-led alliance will contest all three Rajya Sabha seats falling vacant in April and is confident of winning at least two. With a strong majority in the Assembly, the BJP, AGP and allies plan to field candidates for all seats, though the third contest may be close.
