Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has declared BJP MLA Narayan Kuche as winner of a lottery's costliest ₹7.57-crore apartment in South Mumbai. Union Minister Bhagwat Karad had also applied for same house in the lottery, in which 4,082 homes were up for sale. The house is spread across 1,500 square feet and falls under High Income Group category.
