BJP MLAs defy K'taka govt's 2-stanza order, sing full Vande Mataram in Assembly

BJP MLAs defied Karnataka government's two-stanza order and recited full version of Vande Mataram in the Assembly. BJP MLA SR Vishwanath attacked the government over the Assembly rendition, alleging that the decision to restrict the song was politically motivated. The Congress-led Karnataka government ordered that only the first two stanzas be sung or played at most state government programmes.
