Kannauj police on Wednesday lodged an FIR against local BJP MP Subrat Pathak and his supporters for allegedly barging into the house of a tehsildar and assaulting him for the delay in distribution of foodgrain to 600 people whose names were recommended by Pathak. Tehsildar alleged that they beat him with sticks in front of his wife and eight-year-old daughter.
