In a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, BJP members in Join Parliamentary Committee on Waqf Bill demanded suspension of TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee and filing of FIR against him. This comes after Banerjee allegedly smashed a glass bottle during the JPC meeting reportedly following heated altercation. He was suspended from one session of JPC on Waqf Bill.
