BJP leader Tajinder Bagga took to X to claim that an online ticket-booking platform charged him over 15 times the flight cancellation fee. Calling it "unethical", he demanded "transparency" from the airline. In response, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi ordered the Department of Consumer Affairs and Central Consumer Protection Authority to investigate allegations of "excessive" cancellation charges.
