At the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' event in Bihar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged that elections are being manipulated nationwide. He said, "I'm telling you from this stage that Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha elections are being stolen in the entire country." "Their (BJP's) latest conspiracy is to conduct Special Intensive Revision (SIR)...and steal the Bihar elections as well," he added.
