After defeating CM Mamata Banerjee from Bhabanipur in West Bengal, BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari said Muslim voters openly supported the TMC chief. "All Bengali Hindus voted openly for me. Along with them, Gujaratis, Jains, Marwaris, Purvanchalis and Sikh community voted openly for me," he stated.
