BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan lost from Mylapore Assembly constituency in Tamil Nadu elections on Monday by a margin of over 37,000 votes. TVK leader Venkataramanan P emerged victorious by securing over 69,000 votes. Voting for all 234 constituencies took place on April 23. Notably, Tamilisai lost the 2019 and 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Thoothukudi and Chennai (South), respectively.
