PM Narendra Modi had covered 180 seats across five states to campaign for the recent assembly elections and the BJP and allies won 140 (nearly 78%) of those constituencies. Modi addressed 23 rallies and held two roadshows covering 118 seats in UP and BJP won 99 of them. In comparison, Congress won 22% of the seats where Rahul Gandhi campaigned.
