The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for carrying out a controlled improvised explosive devise (IED) attack on a Pakistani Army convoy in the Margat region near Quetta, claiming the lives of 10 personnel. The BLA stated that the attack is part of its ongoing armed resistance against what it describes as the "occupying enemy army".
