BlackBerry has announced its acquisition of mobile security company Good Technology in a $425-million, all-cash deal. With Good Technology claiming to have more than 6,200 clients across sectors, BlackBerry is looking forward to better assert its position in the enterprise mobile security market. Interestingly, the two companies have indulged in unhealthy competition in the past.
