BlackBerry has launched its new budget device - Z3 - in India at Rs 15,990. Z3 sports a 5-inch display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor. The phone runs BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2.1, the latest iteration of the OS. Z3 will be available for pre-order starting Wednesday via select e-commerce websites and BlackBerry stores.
