A blackout at Iran's Natanz nuclear facility on Sunday was caused by an act of "anti-nuclear terrorism", the country's nuclear chief Ali Akbar Salehi said. "To thwart the goals of this terrorist movement...Iran will continue to seriously improve nuclear technology," Salehi added. Earlier, a government spokesman had blamed a problem with the electrical distribution grid for the blackout.
