Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman's pay stood at $896.7 million (₹7,432 crore). This marks around 29% decline from his record pay of $1.26 billion (₹10,443 crore) in 2022. He received $777 million as dividend payouts in 2023 for 231.9 million shares of Blackstone. Schwarzman's compensation also fell 53% to $119.8 million.
