AAP's Saurabh Bharadwaj criticised Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa for blaming Punjab farmers' paddy stubble burning for spike in Delhi's pollution. He said, "It's shameful to think that Punjab farmers are burning stubble to defame Diwali." He added that experts have also stated that stubble burning in Punjab, UP, and Haryana contributes only about 1% to Delhi’s pollution.
