An eyewitness of the mass stabbing on a London-bound train said he saw a man with a large knife and "blood everywhere". He added that people hid in toilets to escape the stabbing while others were stampeded as they ran. Another eyewitness initially thought it was a Halloween prank when he heard people shouting, "run, run, he's stabbing everyone".
