A 50-year-old man delayed treatment after noticing blood in his urine for over two years and was diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer. He underwent radical cystectomy by Dr Ashwin Mallya at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Experts warn that 40-50% of bladder cancer cases in India are diagnosed late, often due to ignoring early symptoms like blood in the urine.
