Blue Cloud Softech Solutions informed exchanges that it has signed an 18-month MoU with GCIB for Africa to jointly develop a Digital Factory in Senegal and explore technology-led projects across African nations. The company plans to expand AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, HealthTech and digital infrastructure solutions through JVs, SPVs and sector partnerships.
