Blue drum murder was executed with 'calm, composed mind': Lawyer

Prosecution lawyer Krishan Kumar Dubey described Meerut's blue drum murder as a carefully planned conspiracy, alleging that the 'premeditated crime' had been carried out by Muskan and Sahil with a 'calm and composed mind'. According to him, the premeditated nature of crime, killing, dismembering the body and hiding it, was a key reason why the death penalty was considered appropriate by court.
