Bengaluru's BBMP has introduced a 24x7 helpline number-1533, for any assistance related to COVID-19 or any other information or complaints related to the civic body. BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta tweeted about this and said, through the helpline, they plan to simplify the process of reaching out for assistance. Earlier, there were two separate helpline numbers for these issues.
