A 31-year-old man died after accidentally falling into a drain that was reportedly left open for over five months in Bengaluru. CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced online. Meanwhile, BBMP Commissioner said, "As per our information, he was intoxicated and there's a bar right there." Police have, however, registered a case against an assistant engineer and three other officials.
