Bengaluru has highest supply of premium flexible office space in Asia Pacific region (APAC), as per real estate consultant CBRE's report. Bengaluru recorded 10.6 million square feet (Grade-A assets) flexible stock, highest among 12 major APAC cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo and Singapore. Delhi-NCR ranked fifth in the list with 6.6 million square feet flexible stock in Grade-A assets.
