BluSmart and Gensol Engineering Co-founder Puneet Jaggi has received interim protection from a Delhi court. Puneet and his brother Anmol are currently being investigated by SEBI, the Enforcement Directorate and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs over alleged fund diversion. The court has directed the police to serve a seven-day notice in case it decides to arrest Puneet.
