BMC has right to remove content: Fadnavis as HC asks it to re-upload Dia Mirza's Diwali video

Reacting to Bombay High Court asking BMC to re-upload Dia Mirza's Diwali firecracker awareness video, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis said the court may have expressed its opinion, but the matter had not even gone there. "Deleting the video was BMC's decision. The authority that manages the social media handle has the right to decide what content...should be removed," he stated.
