BMC invites Gen Z to shape Mumbai’s future

Mumbai’s BMC has launched the Gen Z Fellowship Program, offering young professionals ₹61,500 monthly to work with senior civic officials. Fellows will tackle urban challenges and contribute ideas on smart infrastructure, sustainability and AI-driven policy. The initiative aims to bring fresh, digital-first perspectives and stronger youth participation to Mumbai’s governance and development.
