Bitmine Immersion (BMNR)'s shares were in spotlight after its Chairman, Tom Lee, urged shareholders to approve an increase in its authorised shares, sending the stock up more than 9%. Lee urged shareholders to approve charter amendment to increase number of shares from 500 million to 50 billion. Lee stressed the company is not issuing 50 billion shares, only increasing limit.
