BMW Group India has appointed Kia India's former executive, Hardeep Singh Brar, as its President and CEO, effective September 1. He has succeeded Vikram Pawah, who will take charge as CEO of BMW Group Australia and New Zealand. Brar has 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and served as Senior VP—Sales and Marketing at Kia before the appointment.
