A BMW worker received £16,916 (over ₹16 lakh) payout after he was fired for going to Burger King during lunch break in UK. The worker was fired by his recruitment agency in May 2019 but got his job back after appeal. He sued the agency after he was sacked again for leaving without permission to collect sandwiches from his car.
