Consumer electronics company boAt Lifestyle has raised $60 million (₹500 crore) from its existing shareholder Warburg Pincus and new investor Malabar Investments. Warburg Pincus has participated in this funding round through South Lake Investment, one of its affiliates. The transaction values the company at around $1.4 billion. In January 2021, boAt had raised $100 million from Warburg Pincus.
