A rescue boat capsized in Bihar's Chhapra district while saving 16 people from flooding on Thursday. The incident occurred near the Jaitia Powerhouse when the boat collided with an electric pole, causing an electric shock. Of those on board, 10 were rescued, while two sustained burn injuries and are being treated at a local hospital. Four individuals are still missing.
