Kevin Garcia, an eyewitness who saw a driver "intentionally" ramming a vehicle into the crowd in US' New Orleans on New Year's Day, said, "A body came flying at me." The eyewitness also said that he heard gunshots being fired. At least 10 people were killed and 30 injured when the vehicle drove into a large crowd in New Orleans.
