Bodybuilding YouTube star Jo Lindner shared an Instagram post on his hormone therapy a day before dying aged 30. He had revealed he couldn't recover his testosterone levels after taking a year off of intensive bodybuilding. He mentioned he was back on testosterone replacement therapy. He had written, "Trust me...I tried to stop but be aware it might've long-term effects."
