Boeing has been ordered to pay $35.85 million (₹318 crore) to the family of Delhi-based Shikha Garg, a UN consultant who died in the 2019 Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX crash. The payout includes $28-million verdict amount plus 26% interest, and $3.45 million to Shikha's husband. It was the first civil trial related to the disaster that killed 157 people.
