At least 10 people were killed, local reports said, after a bomb blast was reported in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan in Pakistan. Reports claimed four Frontier Corps personnel were among those killed. Nearly 32 people were injured, Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar said. An emergency was declared in hospitals across the area following the blast.
