Bomb explosions were reported at Patna University hostels following a clash between two student groups, officials said. Thirteen students have been detained following the clash between students of Cavendish and Minto hostels. Later, police conducted searches at Minto hostel and recovered materials used for making bombs from a room, a senior police officer said.
