Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company, in a BSE filing, said that its rights issue committee has approved the draft letter of offer for the proposed ₹940 crore. The draft letter of the offer, dated October 3, 2022, will be submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India, Bombay Stock Exchange, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
